Eloqua Offers Clients Money Back Guarantee For SmartStart Program Print E-mail

Eloqua recently announced it is money back satisfaction guarantee for clients who participate in Eloqua’s proprietary SmartStart implementation program. If users are not fully satisfied with the performance of their marketing automation deployment, Eloqua said it would refund the balance of their investment.

The SmartStart methodology, designed to reduce time-to-value, has had more than 150 companies participate. These marketers have generated more than 260% more leads than their self-taught counterparts, according to Eloqua.

SmartStart participants undergo a week-long workshop designed to teach best practices in marketing effectiveness from industry experts and create in real time their marketing campaigns. Topics include synching Eloqua with CRM databases, creating Web site forms, tracking site activity, prospect profiling and deploying lead scoring models.

“The market has demanded faster time-to-value from all marketing automation providers,” said Brian Kardon, CMO of Eloqua. “Our technology and services team guarantees marketers will be successful, and SmartStart ensures that success will be realized faster.”

Eloqua offers additional solutions, including Eloqua SmartXchange, a knowledge-sharing library of best practices, and the Customer Central portal, designed to offer users a forum to share experiences and receive on-demand support.
