Argyle Executive Forum memberships are closely managed though an invitation-only process to ensure quality and balance within each membership community. The Demand Generation Associate will help drive and oversee the overall demand creation strategy, execution, and be accountable for individual lead generation results. Primary responsibility is to help design and execute programs, including selecting targets and channels, designing offers and calls to action, setting individual program goals and measurement criteria.
Responsibilities include but may not limited to:
- Prospect and secure qualified phone or in person appointments for senior-level executives on the sales team
- Educate client prospects regarding our professional services and membership
- Research industry and company trends to identify opportunities for sales development
- Track and enter activities and information in Salesforce.com and related marketing systems/ shared network resources
- Play a team leader and coaching role to junior sales development staff – design and execute formal training as well as informal training programs that occur over the course of each year
Requirements:
- 2–3 years B2B marketing / demand generation experience proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
- Experience in running a portfolio of high quality lead generation and marketing programs with particular emphasis on outbound marketing. Experience should include: heavy outbound calling campaigns as well as email / database marketing, online lead generation, paid search, social media, content
- syndication, events, etc.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze and make meaning out of data and translate that into actionable changes
- Track record and a strong approach to optimizing various programs, testing new ways of executing and channels, and making decisions based on objective data to keep refining programs and investments
- Strong campaign/program management orientation, identify new themes / topics, offers, and channels to reach target market
- Must have strong writing and copy editing skills, particularly as it relates to email, papers, and web copy
- Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation platforms a necessity
- Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
- BA/BS in related area required

Job responsibilities include running the operations of marketing, specifically email marketing campaigns, lead nurture, metrics reporting, list building, and more. Specific responsibilities include:
- Create replicable programs and channels in Marketo
- Salesforce campaign management and reporting
- Manage content assets
- Refine nurture program and lead scoring
- Sales Ready Lead process ownership and reporting
- Database augmentation and cleanliness. Lead loading and processing plan.
- Metrics reporting (conversion rates, revenue cycle, campaign influence). Marketo Revenue Cycle Analyzer skills a plus.
- Work in partnership with sales, marketing, and Account Development Representatives (lead qualification team) to ensure smooth lead flow
- Work with sales operations on the workflow/integration between Marketo and Salesforce
- Drive testing of subject lines, offers, and other elements
- Working with team, research and procure additional lists of salesforce customers
- Develop writing skills to create original content (initially content will be developed by product marketing and CMO). If the candidate has this skill already, terrific.
- Work with marketing team to create compelling messaging and content
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or business
- 3-5 years experience with marketing operations, and specific marketing operation software such as Marketo or Eloqua. 3-5 years experience with Salesforce.com.
- Salesforce administrator skills a big plus
- Familiarity with additional marketing tools such as GoTo Webinar, Ringlead, Mintigo, Data.com/Jigsaw, Hoovers, LinkedIn, and others
- Personal characteristics: professional, organized, strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, poised with executives.

Job Summary:
The Senior Manager of Demand Generation will support sales revenue goals by creating and executing a demand generation strategy through the definition, creation and execution of B2B marketing campaigns targeted at prospective and current customers. The Manager leverages positioning, messaging, buyer personas and other information regarding products and services to target and generate demand of highly qualified leads. The Manager will create new and nurture existing relationships with the target audience in order to meet defined lead goals and deliver defined conversion rates that will generate new and incremental sales opportunities. They must have a proven track record of devising and executing integrated marketing campaigns that have resulted in qualified leads that were closed by a direct sales force.
