PropelGrowth is hiring a experienced hands-on tactical marketing expert. Responsibilities include the following:

Lead generation – Identify, implement, and manage low cost mechanisms to generate well-qualified leads for PropelGrowth. Primary mechanisms to include arranging speaking engagements, getting original articles published in financial services trade publications, creating and implementing a social networking strategy, blogging, and publishing a monthly newsletter with thought leadership content.

Lead nurturing – Manage extensive lead nurturing programs for company and clients. Includes list segmentation, preparing custom content, multi-touch and multi-channel campaigns, and lead scoring.

Lead database management – assist with the management and continual scrubbing of lead databases for company and clients. This will include work with Excel, building formulas to implement sophisticated lead scoring, and overseeing the migration of databases and existing CRM data to a new CRM system.

CRM and marketing automation selection and implementation – assist in gathering requirements for a new CRM/marketing automation system, evaluate available options, recommend solution, manage migration to the new systems, and manage the systems going forward.

Landing page and website management – Oversee the company website and landing pages, update content on the website, modify and create new pages as needed, implement and manage SEO, and use the website to generate leads.

Tele-sales work – Assist with warm follow-up calls to leads we are nurturing for clients and who have expressed interest in hearing more about what our clients offer. The objective of this effort is to book sales appointments. We are not cold calling – these are warm leads in our nurturing programs who are called based on their inquiries or high lead scores.
