CloudCraze, an enterprise digital commerce solution, has raised $20 million in a funding round led by Insight Venture Partners, with additional participation from Salesforce Ventures. The company said the funding will help strengthen product development, support growth in the U.S. and EMEA and expand its team.
Built on the Salesforce platform, CloudCraze enables businesses to utilize digital commerce to generate online revenue and scale for growth. It also provides omnichannel interactions and a holistic view of all customer touch points, according to the company. CloudCraze is used by B2B companies such as Coca-Cola, Land O’ Lakes and Kellogg’s.
Forrester Research forecasts that the B2B commerce market will grow to more than $1.1 trillion by 2020. As global online sales increase, CloudCraze said it plans to continue to increase its customer base as well as expand within existing accounts.
“CloudCraze has pushed the boundaries in the B2B commerce industry to deliver a fast, scalable and robust solution that is flexible enough to allow companies to stay ahead of market and customer demands,” said Chris Dalton, CEO of CloudCraze, in a statement. “This funding marks a significant milestone for our company and the marketplace, further enabling growth for our company and B2B commerce on Salesforce.”
