Adobe Analytics Unveils Data Analysis Tool

Published: September 25, 2015

Adobe Analytics launched Analysis Workspace, a solution designed to help users at all levels analyze, interpret and share data throughout the organization.

Available to all Adobe Analytics customers, Analysis Workspace is designed after Adobe’s Photoshop product — positioning users with drag-and-drop capabilities so that they can begin visualizing data more easily.

Using the tool, data scientists can narrow down thousands of data points to a single layer to provide analysis that is relevant to a specific group.

“[Marketers] actually being able to use analytics in their roles is not happening as quickly as it needs to,” said Nate Smith, Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Adobe Analytics, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “Analysis Workspace provides the tools users need to leverage analytics in their day-to-day job without feeling overwhelmed.

Other features include:

  • The ability to create and share reports, as well as the ability to leverage complex data sets without extensive training;
  • Data visualization capabilities positioning users to interpret information quickly and efficiently; and
  • The ability to compare and analyze data with Adobe tools such as Anomaly Detection, Contribution Analysis, Calculated Metrics and a new Cohort Analysis tool.

“In the end, analytics is a means to an end,” Smith noted. “Analysis Workspace aims to help users leverage the right data they need to effectively do their job.”
