Publicis.Sapient announced the launch of a new CRM hub within its ad agency DigitasLBi that focuses on building relationships between brands and customers. The company is developing the hub with help from its customer engagement agency Kitcatt Nohr and marketing agency Chemistry.
The new CRM hub—which will launch in April 2017—will complement DigitasLBi’s capabilities in platforms, content and media. It will feature expertise and proprietary research tools to help marketers create, develop and execute CRM strategies and programs across channels, the company said in a blog post announcement.
The CRM hub will be led by Hattie Whiting, who is currently the Managing Director of Kitcatt Nohr. She will report to DigitasLBi CEO Michael Islip. Additionally, Emma Rush, the current Managing Director at Chemistry has been appointed to the new role of Managing Director of Data Services and Transformation.
“By bringing together the creative, strategic and technology talents of Kitcatt Nohr and Chemistry, we’re setting up a CRM team that’s fighting fit for the future and with the scale to service the many brilliant brands that we work with,” said Islip, in a statement. “The team are already putting this into practice for brands like HSBC and the AA.”
