MarketBridge Launches Stringer Customer Intelligence For Salesforce

MarketBridge, a customer intelligence and personalized content solutions provider, has unveiled Stringer for Salesforce, which integrates Stinger’s customer intelligence technology into Salesforce CRM.

Stringer for Salesforce combines internal and external data sources with data from users’ Salesforce CRM, marketing automation systems and content management systems, according to the company. Through the solution, sales reps are alerted of sales-ready prospects and can use buyer insights and content recommendations to have more relevant and contextual conversations.

The company said that Stringer for Salesforce will position users to:

  • Streamline sales workflows and reduce time spent on researching prior to outreach;
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using customer data such as purchase history, product usage and support history; and
  • Increase ROI by connecting insights and data from existing sales and marketing technology.

“Customers no longer interact solely with sales people to make buying decisions,” said Tim Furey, Founder and CEO of MarketBridge, in a statement. “Using the data from various buyer interactions, [Stringer] can deliver insight and recommendations into the hands of sales reps to make the conversation more relevant.”
