MegaPath Partners With Tenfold, Adds Call Intelligence To Hosted Voice Services

MegaPath, a provider of voice, data, security and cloud services, has announced a partnership with Tenfold, a phone intelligence platform. Through the partnership, the company said it will launch a new add-on for its Hosted Voice service, called MegaPath Connector, which will be powered by Tenfold.

MegaPath Connector is a plug-in that will enable customers to integrate MegaPath One (the company’s unified communications service) and Hosted Voice services with more than 25 CRM applications. Supported applications include Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zendesk, and Zoho.

The company said the partnership with Tenfold will add new capabilities to its Hosted Voice offerings, including:

  • Click-to-dial capabilities;
  • Automatic call logging;
  • Caller-info screen popups; and
  • Advanced call analytics within the user’s own CRM application.

“MegaPath is excited to bring the functionality of MegaPath Hosted Voice into the business applications our customers use every day,” said Arnaud Gautier, Chief Marketing Officer at MegaPath, in a statement. “Customers gain efficiencies within their CRM, including the ability to click to dial, automatically log calls and enter notes during a call.”
