Invoca Announces Invoca Signal To Analyze Inbound Calls

Invoca, a provider of cloud-based inbound call marketing technology, announced Invoca Signal, its new voice and call analytics platform designed to analyze inbound calls and automate the next steps with customers. In addition, the company announced it has added Salesforce as an investor in its Series C round of funding.

Invoca Signal includes scoring techniques with metrics and conversion data specific to the marketer’s unique sales and marketing processes.

Invoca Signal provides marketers with a complete picture of their inbound calls so they can make better marketing decisions, improve ROI, and enhance the customer experience, explained Eric Holmen, CMO of Invoca, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “Integrating inbound calls has really been a gap in marketing technology until now. Marketers need to understand where their best calls are coming from and how to get more inbound calls with better calls to action. Integration with Salesforce and other platforms helps provide that data.”
