Adobe Announces Marketing App Exchange, Upgrade To Predictive Analytics

Adobe recently unveiled its new Adobe Marketing Cloud Exchange and upgrades to its Marketing Cloud solutions for predictive marketing, real-time analytics and mobile marketing.

The announcements included:

  • New Adobe Marketing Cloud App Exchange: The exchange offers marketers hundreds of digital marketing apps and 3000+ installations for Adobe Analytics. The exchange includes integrations and applications between Adobe solutions and third-party technologies such as Google DDM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Tableau.
  • New release of Adobe’s digital advertising platform: Adobe Media Optimizer introduces a number of new features, including predictive marketing capabilities that increase ad campaign performances by up to 25%;and
  • New release of Adobe Analytics (formerly SiteCatalyst): New features of the app include Adobe Firehose, a real-time stream of raw data that marketers can use for web site analytics and across other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.

Loni Stark, Director of Product and Industry for Adobe, said the exchange already has more than 150 applications. “We are excited to grow the marketplace,” she said in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “We are very focused on making sure these are quality apps that are useful to marketers.”

New predictive capabilities address the needs of modern marketers, Stark said. “Marketers need predictive analytics to model advertising spends and web site traffic. They need to optimize their investments for business results.”
