Act-On Plans European Growth With Three New Partnerships

Act-On Software has reached an agreement with three European partners, a move intended to bring the vendor’s marketing automation platform to mid-market companies in the EMEA region.

“Act-on looks to its integration partners to expand into the European market while bringing a wide range of technology and local market expertise,” said Atri Chatterjee, CMO of Act-On Software, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “Our strategic partners understand the role sales force automation and marketing automation play in delivering true customer relationship management.”

The three partners — DRI, iNet Process and The Sugar Refinery — are the latest European organizations to join the Act-On Partner Exchange (APEX), and are also SugarCRM Platinum Partners. The partnership is designed to allow the companies to offer Act-On solutions in the European region as well as implementation services.

“To us, marketing automation is more than just a tool with a number of features,” said Diogo Cabral, Managing Partner at DRI, a global IT consultancy firm. “It’s a way of connecting business processes and digital touch points, so as to provide a great — and consistent — customer experience.”
