Medallia Partners With Deloitte To Offer Customer Experience Management Solution

Medallia, a customer experience management solutions provider, has partnered with Deloitte Consulting in a move designed to provide Deloitte Digital clients with a customer experience solution that can integrate with other services available through its digital strategy, marketing and enablement offerings.

The partnership positions Deloitte clients to use the Medallia customer experience platform to gain insight on the financial impact of customer experience initiatives. The platform is designed to give B2B companies a holistic view into how prospects engage with their brand.
