LearnCore is designed to provide salespeople with the training and coaching necessary to lead informed discussions with potential buyers. With the addition of LearnCore, Showpad aims to create a fully-integrated sales platform that can enhance sales engagement and sales readiness, as well as optimize content and content recommendations through data analytics and artificial intelligence.
Together, the companies will serve more than 360 companies around the world. LearnCore customers include Box, CDW and Informatica.

Conductor, the organic marketing and content intelligence platform, has been acquired by the coworking and office space company WeWork for an undisclosed fee. With the acquisition, Conductor is positioned to grow its enterprise marketing cloud while WeWork expands its portfolio to offer services and solutions that go beyond physical office locations.
Sizmek, a people-based optimization and data activation platform, has entered an agreement to acquire predictive marketing platform Rocket Fuel. Under the terms of the merger agreement, an affiliate of Sizmek will buy all of the outstanding shares of Rocket Fuel’s common stock for $2.60 per share in cash—representing approximately $145 million enterprise value for Rocket Fuel.
