Act-On Records Triple-Digit Revenue Growth In Fiscal 2013

Act-On-TransparentAct-On Software posted a 215% increase in revenue for fiscal 2013 and ended the year with more than 2,000 customers, representing a wide range of sizes and industries.

In addition, the company doubled its workforce to 250 employees and opened three new offices, expanding its reach across three continents and seven office locations.

Act-On Reports Strong Q1 Results, Highlights Partner Program Success

The Act-On Partner Ecosystem (APEX) program, which began in Q3 2012, has also seen notable success. Act-On reported that the APEX program has increased its total number of partners to 287. In addition, Act-On rolled out the Agency Control Panel feature. This tool enables agency partners with a single sign-on management interface to provision, manage and report on multiple Act-On accounts. Agencies using this feature can provide clients with revenue impact report that measure campaign performance from initial lead generation to customer acquisition, according to company officials.

Act-On Software Announced $16 Million In New Venture Financing

Marketing automation vendor Act-On Software announced Wednesday that it secured $16 million in new venture financing. The Series D round of financing gives the Beaverton, OR based company a market valuation of approximately $150, according to news reports.

Norwest Venture Partners will lead the current funding round, with existing investors Trinity Ventures, U.S. Venture Partners and Voyager Capital also participating. Previous funding included a $10 million Series C round in June, 2011, and a prior $4 million round.

Act-On Unveils New Partner Program, Hits 1,000-Customer Milestone

Marketing automation vendor Act-On Software, yesterday announced a new partner program titled Act-On Partner Exchange (APEX). The APEX program is designed to bring together Act-On customers and partners. The new offering provides is a new resource for its customers from diverse vertical marketing that can help enhance their online marketing, while offering its partners access to innovative companies.

Act-On Closes $10 Million In Series C Funding; On Pace To Surpass 300-Customer Mark In Q2

, provider of cloud-based integrated marketing platforms, announced today that it has closed $10 Million Series C funding, led by Trinity Ventures. Existing venture partners Voyager Capital and U.S. Venture Partners, were part of the round, as well as participation from Stanford University.

The Beaverton, OR-based company has grown its staff by more than 200% since its first round of funding in November 2010, according to CEO Raghu Raghavan, and is on pace to exceed the 300-customer mark by the end of Q2 2011.
