Act-On Reports Strong Q1 Results, Highlights Partner Program Success

Published: April 19, 2013

Act-On Software, cloud-based integrated marketing automation software provider, announced Q1 2013 results; 247% revenue and 100% employee increase compared to the same time last year.

The Act-On Partner Ecosystem (APEX) program, which began in Q3 2012, has also seen notable success. Act-On reported that the APEX program has increased its total number of partners to 287. In addition, Act-On rolled out the Agency Control Panel feature. This tool enables agency partners with a single sign-on management interface to provision, manage and report on multiple Act-On accounts. Agencies using this feature can provide clients with revenue impact report that measure campaign performance from initial lead generation to customer acquisition, according to company officials.

“Marketing automation is no longer a technology for just the Fortune 500,” said Raghu Raghavan, Founder and CEO of Act-On Software. “We are seeing customers from heavy equipment manufacturers to legal services to well-established universities utilizing Act-On to drive more leads and market more effectively to their databases.”

Product Enhancements Provide Greater Capabilities

Act-On announced deeper integration with Microsoft Dynamics during this year’s Microsoft Convergence event. These product enhancements include advanced demand generation features, including:

  • Fully automated A/B testing;
  • Social media publishing; and
  • Measurement of campaigns across social media networks.

Act-On’s content creation tools now support the creation of email campaigns, landing pages and signup forms that work well on mobile devices like the iPhone and various Android devices, officials said.
