Adobe unveiled Technology Previews, which are designed to use AI and machine learning technology to help users test out new analytics innovations in real time.
Technology Previews, which are available in Adobe Analytics and powered by Adobe Sensei, aim to give Adobe users access to early-stage exploratory technology before they are released in beta or made generally available. Customers can then share real-time feedback with Adobe’s product teams, so adjustments are made before product launch.
The new release is designed to accelerate the customer experience by helping users leverage AI and machine learning to:
- Gain deeper visibility into the buyer’s journey;
- Identify their ideal audience and automatically segment customers based on expected preferences and behaviors; and
- Improve ROI with intelligent forecasting.
