The B2B community has lost one of its true thought leaders and visionaries with the sudden passing of Matt Senatore. As the leader of SiriusDecisions’ Account-Based Marketing service, Senatore helped drive the rapid expansion of the ABM category.
Senatore dedicated his professional life to educating and empowering his peers. Over the last few years, he helped drive awareness of ABM and established some of the early best practices in the discipline. In fact, he’s credited with helping to shape and establish the foundational ABM roadmaps and models many early adopters are applying today.
In addition to being well respected, Senatore was also highly regarded as one of the “good guys” in the industry by his peers at SiriusDecisions, his clients, and anyone who had the opportunity to interact with him at industry events.
Outside of work, colleagues called Senatore a devoted father to his three daughters Mia, Emma and Reese.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan Fund, an organization that rewards education scholarships to survivors of childhood cancer. Senatore was a recipient of one of their scholarships many years ago and showed his gratitude by serving on their board.
