Bizo reported $12.4 million in revenue in Q4, a record-setting quarter for the company. The B2B marketing automation vendor also posted $38.3 million in bookings in 2013, nearly a 75% increase over the previous year.
The launch of new subscription-based products such as Bizo for Marketing Automation drove much of Bizo’s success throughout 2013. The company also added 365 new customers, including Hyatt Hotels, DropBox and HootSuite.
"2013 was all about bringing innovative new products to market, expanding the reach of our data, and partnering more closely with our clients to deliver results," said Russell Glass, co-founder and CEO of Bizo. "As we head further into 2014, a key focus will be maintaining our great culture as we hire new talent into the organization to take advantage of the big growth opportunity ahead of us."
Other company milestones in 2013 included:
- Expanding the company’s partner program, which drove $9 million in channel revenues;
- Receiving $12.5 million in venture debt funding during the summer, allowing financial flexibility for growth and further investments; and
- Increasing the workforce by 70%, ending 2013 with 130 employees.
