Dun & Bradstreet, a provider of commercial data, analytics and insights for businesses, has announced the launch of D&B Optimizer for Salesforce. The solution is designed to natively integrate Dun & Bradstreet data and data services into the Salesforce platform.
D&B Optimizer offers real-time updates and cleansing capabilities for account data located in a company's Salesforce instance. This positions users to gain actionable insights that can be leveraged in their customer-facing initiatives.
Additional features include:
- Automated data management: Automated data aims to help teams rapidly identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with visibility into corporate relationships and family trees, and drive account-based sales and marketing programs based on improved ideal customer profiles and propensity models.
- Enhances data for better decision-making: Designed to provide real-time data enrichment, D&B Optimizer for Salesforce includes 80 additional fields of account information, including the D-U-N-S Number, financial information, industry classifications and corporate ownership linkages. This data is programmed to provide continuous data accuracy and high-quality levels for account data.
- Real-time updates: The solution is designed to provide real-time updates and cleansing capabilities for account data to enable users to access actionable data to be leveraged in their customer initiatives.
