Hootsuite, a social media marketing and management platform, has announced an integration for its Global ISV program with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The partnership aims to help Hootsuite enterprise users generate new leads from their social media campaigns and improve customer engagement on social channels.
The new integration enables marketers using Hootsuite to:
- Engage with customers through multiple social channels where their buyers are;
- Enrich their leads and lead scoring efforts using the Dynamics 365 Sales solution;
- Provide omnichannel engagement using the Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution; and
- Send offers through segments refined by the Dynamics 365 Marketing solution.
