Insightly, a CRM software provider, has updated its Customer Relationship Platform with new features and mobile capability designed to customize data and elevate buyer engagement.
The updates aim to enable marketers to view customer data in the context of their individual roles. Features include:
- Data capture: Five custom fields have been added to give marketers more control over customer data;
- Data display: Marketers can use the dynamic page layout editor to manage every display on a user, team or department, and generate new displays in less than 80 milliseconds;
- Data validation: Pages sections can be added, edited and removed to enhance customization and simplify data validation; and
- Mobile capability: The platform is fully enabled for mobile use.
“[The] new features give [users] an incredible amount of fine grain control over what data to show each individual role in every stage of the customer engagement lifecycle, across marketing, sales, delivery, service and support,” said Anthony Smith, Insightly Founder and CEO, in a statement.
