LeadMD, a provider of marketing automation services, announced its acquisition of Marketing Engine, a CRM services company that specializes in Salesforce.com implementation. With the acquisition, LeadMD said it will expand its marketing-to-sales solution that includes process development, integration of CRM and marketing automation software, demand generation best practices and content development. The acquisition includes all of Marketing Engine’s intellectual property, customer relationships, and employees including Founder and Principal, Tyeson Cluff.
“This acquisition means we have even more experts in-house to bolster our entire service offering and help align our customers’ sales and marketing efforts,” said Justin Gray, CEO, LeadMD.
LeadMD, a Marketo partner, now offers two branded channels of services called “Sales Clinic” and “Marketing Clinic.” Customers can sign up for the services separately or as an integrated solution.
The Sales Clinic will offer services including existing CRM audit; business workflow automation; customer service and support processes,; CRM reporting and integration; and reporting.
The Marketing Clinic will offer services including marketing process and strategy; buyer persona establishment; lead scoring and nurturing; content development and delivery; and CRM integration.
“The joining of our two services means clients will see increased revenue and better lead conversion. That’s what CRM and marketing are supposed to achieve, and we’re making it that much easier for customers,” Cluff said.
