Marketo-HootSuite Integration Offers Marketers Deeper Social Insights

HootSuite, a social relationship platform, has integrated with Marketo to provide enterprises with the ability to connect social interactions from the HootSuite dashboard directly into their Marketo lead database.

The app, which will be unveiled at Marketo’s Marketing Nation Summit, will be available in the HootSuite App Directory.

The Marketo-HootSuite integration helps enterprises:

Generate qualified leads from social: Users will be able to discover prospects on social channels in HootSuite and easily add them to a lead database in Marketo. They will have the ability to follow up on key prospects with relevant campaigns by integrating with existing keyword searches and engagement monitoring.

Qualify leads faster with social scoring: The integration will help capture key social media activity and conversations to uncover opportunities for engagement using HootSuite. Social data can be used to to score leads and query lead databases to search social media users against existing prospects.

Gain deeper insight into buyers: This feature will enable users to enrich lead data with social media insights to engage in more meaningful conversations with customers and prospects. HootSuite can update lead records with social profile, message and conversation data to provide deeper context and help progress leads through the funnel.
