According to the company, the acquisition will allow Perficient to broaden its healthcare consulting capabilities and add more than 50 consulting, technology, sales and administrative professionals to its team. “MedTouch further enhances our ability to help healthcare organizations provide their patients and customers with the right information and care where and when they need it most, improving quality of care and patients’ lives,” said Perficient’s Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Davis.
Following the acquisition, Paul Griffiths, CEO of MedTouch, will join Perficient in a key undisclosed leadership role.
