RedHorse, a CRM suite for small and medium-sized businesses, has launched new marketing automation capabilities. The RedHorse platform has been integrated with email delivery service MailGun, which is designed to feed data on user responses to the RedHorse SQL database.
The new capabilities will provide sales with data — such as if a prospect clicks a link, visits a web page or responds to a survey — that will help make campaigns responsive and intelligent.
“The bottom line is, using email as a direct-response medium gets better results than using it just for broadcasting a message,” said Connie Koch, Founder of RedHorse, in a statement. “That’s why it was very important for us to find a way to deliver smart email automation to our customers in a cost-effective way.”
