RedPoint Global unveiled new master data management (MDM) capabilities to its Customer Data Platform, designed to help users refine and improve data, engage with customers across all touchpoints and empower businesses to create accurate and comprehensive data profiles.
The MDM capabilities position users to approve, reject and discard changes to data, as well as compare new and old data. Additional features include:
- Easy integration with existing applications;
- Access to a browser-based user interface; and
- Control of workflow management.
