SalesLoft, a sales engagement platform, announced the launch of a new mobile app, machine learning capabilities and a new reporting framework at the company’s annual Rainmaker conference in Atlanta, Ga. The new features are designed to help companies uncover insights and embed intelligence into their SalesLoft platform and CRM to optimize their sales performance and achieve new levels of engagement with prospects.
The new mobile app is designed to securely extend all SalesLoft capabilities and enable sales reps to make, record and log calls directly from their iOS device. Users are positioned to add contacts to cadences and receive push notifications as soon as customers engage in a cadence, communications or any other tracked actions.
Finally, a new reporting framework that offers access to native analytics and reporting in SalesLoft and within Salesforce. An open data API allows users to create real-time custom reports, data visualizations and configurable dashboards within business intelligence tools, according to the company.

In addition to the new products and features, SalesLoft also announced an extension into the Microsoft Dynamics and SAP C4C ecosystems in an effort to provide users of both CRM platforms the ability to deliver better customer experiences.
