ScribbleLive Acquires Visually To Offer Data-Driven Content Marketing

Published: January 28, 2016

Content marketing platform ScribbleLive announced it has acquired Visually, a B2B content creation platform, for an undisclosed sum. ScribbleLive said the acquisition combines the solutions to leverage data science during the content creation process for targeting and personalization.

The acquisition of Visually, with its network of creative professionals as well as it’s project management tool, positions ScribbleLive to deliver content more efficiently and cost-effectively, the company said. Visually CEO Matt Cooper will lead operations for both platforms. Ural Cebeci, Visually’s VP of Marketing, will expand his role to manage marketing for the combined organization.

“As more consumers opt to engage with brands via content versus interruptive ads, it makes sense for us to bring Visually on board,” said Vince Mifsud, CEO of ScribbleLive..

Sources noted that by joining forces, clients of both companies will also have a wider set of content marketing solutions to enhance future campaigns.

“Though we’ll be integrating our platforms and the Visually talent network over time to shorten the path from strategy to execution, our customers will still be able to rely on Visually for high-impact content,” Cooper noted in a blog post announcing the acquisition. “As we move forward, they’ll also use the access to better data and tools to empower smarter decision-making.”
