Cloudwords Unveils New Content Globalization Capabilities

Published: January 12, 2015

Cloudwords, the cloud-based content globalization platform, has extended its capabilities to the Marketo and Oracle Eloqua marketing automation platforms, a move designed to provide users with the ability to localize and personalize digital campaigns.

Cloudwords is positioned to automatically translate content located in Marketo or Oracle Eloqua into the right language for a given recipient based on their location. One new feature is positioned to allow users to run more campaigns — in more locations and languages — without having to create a new program for each language.

“Cloudwords continues to advance our integrations with leading marketing automation platforms to support the needs of global marketers and enable them to further personalize customer communications,” said Scott Yancey, CEO and co-founder of Cloudwords. “This is the first time this technology is available for dynamic content in Marketo and Oracle Eloqua and will significantly enhance how local-language email campaigns are created and delivered.”

The company also launched a new feature that gives customers using its integration with Marketo the ability to “clone” pre-approved programs. This feature intends to save users time and resources for formulating and launching localized campaigns.
