Infer Unveils App To Provide Market-Specific Predictive Scores

Published: March 31, 2015

Infer Inc., a provider of predictive applications, has launched Infer Lenses, a solution designed to help B2B companies accelerate expansion into new geographies, industries and products. Infer Lenses is positioned to compile market-specific predictive scores from existing Infer models to help companies identify top prospects in new markets.

“This really comes out of the growing requirement for B2B companies to expand into global markets,” said Jamie Grenney, VP of Marketing for Infer, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “When companies want to enter a new region or new industry, for example, they typically don’t have enough data to know where to focus their efforts.”

Using Infer Lenses, companies are positioned to gain different views into a single predictive model, including existing lead scores, to inform their go-to-market efforts, Grenney explained.

“Infer Lenses can analyze all types of data to help identify targets that might be a potential fit as companies look to expand into new markets,” Grenney said. “We can parse a web site for indicators that a company is a good target, as well as pull in information from public filings and other sources.”

Companies can use Infer Lenses to score the leads on prospect lists that they are considering purchasing as they enter new markets, Grenney added. “Before a company strikes an agreement to buy a list, they can run the list through Infer Lenses to score the leads and see how many A and B prospects are on that list.”

Infer Lenses is integrated with Salesforce and marketing automation systems such as Oracle Eloqua, Marketo and Pardot.
