Sinch & Blueshift Join Forces To Expand Customer Engagement Into Conversational Channels

Sinch, a cloud communications and mobile customer engagement platform, teamed up with Blueshift, an AI-powered engagement platform, to help marketers orchestrate a unified experience across conversational and traditional marketing channels such as email, paid media and mobile notification.

The partnership seeks to provide marketers with a two-way conversational, omnichannel experience through the integration of Blueshift’s App Hub and Journey Builder and Sinch’s Conversation API, which is designed to help businesses communicate with people over multiple mobile channels.

By employing Sinch’s Conversation API, Blueshift can help empower brands to drive engagement and commerce through nudges around product recommendations and more on conversational channels.
