Oracle revealed new artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX), which are designed to automate time-consuming tasks to help teams more precisely target, engage and serve buyers.
Specifically, the new features include:
- Gen AI Assisted Answer Generation to automatically craft contextually aware responses to customer questions;
- Assisted Scheduling for Field Service to automatically recommend relevant jobs based on availability, location, skills and billing status;
- Opportunity Qualification Scoring to help find the right members of B2B buying groups for marketing activation and direct sales engagement; and
- Seller Engagement Recommendations, which seek to deliver highly targeted recommendations on specific offerings, insights on the buyers’ role and engagement levels and additional contacts for key opportunities.
