IBM has launched Watson Ads Builder, a self-service platform designed to help marketers create conversational display ads that drive engagement with their target audience.
Watson Ads Builder is positioned to use AI and natural language technology to generate chatbot-like advertisements that prospects can engage with to get frequently-asked questions answered in near real time.
“Consumer expectations are shifting, and people expect the ability to communicate with brands on demand,” said Jeremy Hlavacek, Head of Revenue for IBM Watson Advertising, in a statement. “Watson Ads Builder can change where, when and how brands connect with consumers — helping marketers increase loyalty and purchase consideration.”
