LiveHive launched updates to its sales acceleration platform designed to provide users a holistic view of their sales teams’ processes, activities and opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
“Since buyer behavior has changed and become more Internet-savvy, tech has grown exceptionally," said Micheline Nijmeh, CMO of LiveHive, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. However, she added that “tech is creating visibility concerns; most tech has its own tracking systems that don’t tie in to other technology in the company’s stack.”
Nijmeh noted that the updates to the company’s sales acceleration platform intend to help users monitor:
- Rep activity;
- Lead engagement/activity;
- Sales processes;
- Messaging analytics; and
- Coaching reports for ongoing tracking of how reps are being tracked and educated.
“[The partner program] gives reps access to sales applications to help sales organizations run their business on one platform,” said Nijmeh. “We are at the beginning of opening up the network to a variety of other apps.”
