Adds Direct Mail Features To Sales Acceleration Platform

Published: October 26, 2017, a sales acceleration platform, announced it has added direct mail capabilities to its Predictive PowerDialer offering. The features position sales reps to send personalized cards and notes to better reach prospective customers and boost engagement.

Called High Impact Mailer (HIM), the new features added to Predictive PowerDialer give users the option to select imagery and revise messaging to enhance personalization. Users can then enter the “from” and “to” fields, which are pulled directly from their company’s CRM system. This comes in addition to Predictive PowerDialer’s list prioritization, one-click dialing, pre-recorded voice messaging, email and inbound call routing capabilities.

“Hand-written notes and gifts are extremely powerful and significantly underutilized as a sales tool,” said Gabe Larsen, VP of Labs, in a statement. “By ‘slowing down’ the client-sales rep relationship with a personalized note through our Predictive PowerDialer, we can get higher engagement and speed up a sales organization’s ability to sell more.”
