Invoca, a conversation intelligence platform, has launched its Invoca Exchange marketplace, which is designed to help user build improved digital experiences and increase their revenue through a centralized hub of integrations and partner solutions.
Invoca Exchange aims to provide marketing, sales, E-commerce and CX teams access to 40 partner solutions and integrations, allowing them to easily implement conversation intelligence data and solutions to optimize their tech stacks. The new marketplace also helps users find new apps that can generate revenue and improve their digital experiences.

Invoca also announced a new partnership with digital intelligence platform FullStory, expanding its marketplace and deepening Invoca’s customer experience optimization capabilities.
