Salesforce Unveils New User Experience; General Availability Of Einstein Copilot

Salesforce revealed a new user experience for sales leaders within Slack Sales Elevate, a sales workspace designed to centralize Salesforce insights and automates opportunity tasks by natively integrating Sales Cloud with Slack. Additionally, the company announced that Einstein Copilot for Tableau is now generally available to the public.

Einstein Copilot

Einstein Copilot is a new capability designed to provide users with self-service analytics, streamline analyst workflows and unlock strategic data insights for users within the entire organization. Specific features include:

  • An automated data analysis to recommend relevant questions and guide the user to potential areas of insight;
  • Conversational data exploration, which allows users to search for an insight without losing the context of their previous question; and
  • Guided calculation creation to help users parse through information from a longer string field.

Slack For Sales

The new Slack experiences include providing a personalized overview of a team’s performance, pipeline data and account records. Specifically, the new innovations are designed to help sales leaders:

  • View team performance and improve forecast confidence via deal notifications to understand how deals are progressing with summaries of top changes that impact forecasting alongside proactive, automated reminders for active deals;
  • Surface the most relevant information with deal information at-a-glance by grouping deals by forecast category and filter, sort and hide opportunities;
  • Stay in the loop on top deal activity with Slack AI’s conversation summaries and the newly launched recap feature; and
  • Standardize and scale best practices with customizable sales templates.

“We launched Slack Sales Elevate last year to help sellers reduce admin work, save time with process automation and improve deal collaboration directly in Slack,” said Kaylin Voss, CRO of Slack, in a statement. “Since then, we’ve innovated Sales Elevate further to support sales leaders. This new set of capabilities, coupled with the recent launch of Slack AI, will be a breakthrough in time savings and real-time insights.”
