Autopilot Launches Headsup, Offers Automated Chat Messaging

Autopilot, an email marketing and marketing automation software provider, has unveiled Headsup, a new channel available through the Autopilot platform that positions users to create personalized chat messages that appear on company websites or in-app.

The tool is designed to help create one-on-one conversations with prospects, basing interactions on the user’s past behavior and engagement with the brand. With Headsup, marketers can also promote special offers, schedule appointments, subscribe customers and get feedback in real-time.

“Headsup messages can be created and deployed much like an email through Autopilot,” said Guy Marion, CMO of Autopilot, in an interview with Demand Gen Report. “You can select where messages are displayed — either on any page or specific pages where it’s more relevant. Messages have to come from a team, and users can really personalize the messaging.”
