IDG announced it has launched Pipeline Activator, a predictive intelligence engine, which the company said will be available to customers through its account-based marketing suite. The service is designed to enable sales teams to engage with target accounts earlier in the sales cycle and accelerate revenue opportunity.
Pipeline Activator users are given dashboards on target lists, which can provide a global view of the targets’ active IT projects and buying intent at the account level, as well as firmographic data, such as budgets and IT priorities.
Other features include:
- A database of more than 700,000 line of business and IT decision-makers from the Forbes Global 2000 company list;
- Exclusive first-party data from digital content interactions, demand generation and live events to provide a holistic view of users’ purchasing intent at a global scale; and
- Marketing automation and CRM integration, so users can act on Pipeline Activator insight without leaving their known systems.
“With an average of 16 stakeholders in a given enterprise purchasing decision, focusing a sales team’s efforts is paramount,” said John O’Malley, CEO of IDG Connect, in a statement. “Pipeline Activator provides a unique global lens into the activities of the customers that matter most to marketers—their target accounts and any verified projects—and enables them to prioritize their outreach and capitalize on this information advantage.”
