SnapLogic, an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) provider, unveiled the GenAI Builder, which the company claims is the world’s first no-code generative AI application development product for enterprise applications and services. Compatible with both legacy mainframe data, modern databases and APIs, GenAI Builder seeks to leverage conversational AI to transform and simplify customer, employee and partner digital experiences.
GenAI Builder helps organizations integrate AI with enterprise data to securely enhance the efficiency, accuracy and personalization of data. The product reportedly:
- Creates and delivers digital experiences while supporting the growing demand from business units for new AI-driven services;
- Adds conversational AI co-pilots to existing and new applications through a no-code visual designer and pre-built templates for common use cases; and
- Securely integrates user data with large language models (LLMs) to create retrieval augmentation generation applications to ensure context-specific AI results while safeguarding data integrity.
