CallRail, an AI-powered lead and conversational intelligence platform, revealed a new integration with Typeform, a form-builder and conversational data collection platform, to help mutual customers unite form creation with attribution tracking.
The integration will reportedly help practitioners:
- Attribute Typeform form fills directly to marketing efforts, as well as consolidate Typeform leads with inbound calls and texts already in CallRail;
- Leverage CallRail’s automated call or text responses within Typeform submissions to automatically trigger responses to inquiries; and
- Layer attribution data to show the complete journey of leads, identify conversion-driving interactions and optimize ads/sales follow-up.
