Full Circle Insights updated its Campaign Influence app with three customizable campaign influence models designed to help users measure campaign success by leveraging insights beyond first and last touch.
Available on the Salesforce AppExchange, the new version also expands the available weighting options to include dimensions on the campaign and campaign member object, such as member status, campaign type and other factors.
“First touch and last touch are no longer sufficient to demonstrate the impact of marketing campaigns,” said Full Circle Insights President and CEO Bonnie Crater in an interview with Demand Gen Report.
Users can customize the campaign influence models to accommodate their unique data needs and business practices and also drill down into the underlying Salesforce data for deeper insight, Crater explained.
