Jifflenow, a B2B meeting scheduling platform, partnered with Cvent, a meetings, events and hospitality technology provider, to help customers leverage both companies’ solutions to automate event and meeting scheduling. The partnership seeks to improve data sharing and deepen marketers’ visibility into key event and meeting engagement metrics.
The integration aims to assist organizations with driving greater business growth through enhanced scheduling between customers, sales teams, experts and executives attending events. Specific features include:
- Ensuring emails and contact information match between registration and meeting invitations;
- Enabling companies to send meeting invites to registered attendees;
- Positioning the Cvent Attendee Hub as the one source of truth for attendee calendars and providing meeting visibility in the app; and
- Allowing attendees to see if the sessions they signed up for conflict with scheduled meetings.
“In this new environment, organizations are managing a more complex total event program and they’re looking for deeper integrations between their technology solutions to gain a better understanding of attendee engagement across all their events — whether in-person, virtual or hybrid,” said Anil Punyapu, Cvent’s SVP of Sales & Partnerships, in a statement. “This partnership and enhanced integration will enable our mutual customers to leverage their event engagement data to drive higher lead conversion and, ultimately, enable event marketers to drive greater value across their entire event program.”
