Salesloft Launches Command Center To Extract & Analyze Sales Data

Published: November 14, 2024

Salesloft, a revenue orchestration platform, released a Command Center to extract and analyze sales data.

The Command Center leverages Conductor AI — Salesloft’s proprietary AI engine — to help revenue leaders keep track of sales data and visualize insights in one place. As part of the release, the company introduced three new AI assistants:

  1. Objection Handling, which uses seller performance metrics to pinpoint employees that might need coaching;
  2. Stalled Deals, which use deal progression data to flag deals that have stagnated; and
  3. Signal Conversion, which seeks to highlight how timely activation of a Highspot or Seismic Play can improve prospecting outcomes.

“Most business reporting is done in the rearview mirror, showing what happened last year, last quarter or last month,” said Ellie Fields, Chief Product and Engineering Officer at Salesloft, in a statement. “Salesloft’s new Command Center tells revenue leaders what’s happening now, in the quarter and how to change it. Command Center allows sales and operations leaders to get insights and drive action directly with sellers, and they can see the outcomes of that pivot in the same quarter. We’re making the promise of dynamic analytics, insights and smarter and faster actions a reality for revenue organizations.”
