Typeform, a form builder and conversational data collection platform, released Typeform for Growth, a suite of new capabilities designed to help businesses capture, qualify and convert leads. The capabilities seek to help go-to-market teams create engaging experiences to collect zero-party customer data, automatically enrich responses and harness the power of AI to automate marketing workflows.
Key features of the release include:
- Interactive, multimedia forms that include a mix of text, audio, images and video;
- Automated, real-time enrichment;
- Data quality controls, such as reCAPTCHA and advanced spam-blocking measures;
- Workflow automation such as automated scoring, routing and emailing; and
- Natural language AI to analyze large volumes of data and query data.
