Clari, a revenue operations (RevOps) platform, expanded its deal management capabilities with the acquisition of DealPoint, a deal mapping & customer collaboration platform. The acquisition will empower users to oversee deal health and build stronger buyer-seller connections. In addition, Clari announced a new suite of execution insight solutions to help sales teams close more deals faster.
Clari will integrate DealPoint’s deal management and collaboration technology into its RevOps platform, enabling sales teams to have full visibility into their buyer-seller connections and deals. Sales teams can align their internal processes with their customers’ preferences to determine the details of the deal and how it will close.
Along with the DealPoint acquisition, Clari will launch new execution insights solutions designed to provide sales managers and reps with a comprehensive toolset to close deals faster and more efficiently. This toolset includes:
- Customer Conversation Integrations that provide insights into customer conversations from multiple databases for full buyer visibility in one location;
- Detailed Activity Views, a solution that brings together full customer-seller activities to provide sales reps with critical deal insights to speed up sales processes;
- Customer Relationship Insights that analyze key relationship metrics to ensure optimal deal health and engagement; and
- Risk & Momentum Indicators designed to provide sales teams with actionable insights into pipeline risks or changes in deal status, allowing sales reps to react faster and more efficiently.
