NewsCred revealed Marketing Work Requests, which aims to help marketers fulfill inbound requests from different areas of the organization through its new routing and prioritization solution. Once integrated into NewsCred’s content management system, the solution enables unification of the creative delivery process across the platform.
Designed to help teams manage ad-hoc work so they can focus on executing growth-oriented campaigns, the tool intelligently addresses, manages and routes requests to the right team with automatic routing.
Other features of the solution include:
- Customizable request templates that provide a form builder for organizations to gain the necessary information needed to analyze, approve and fulfill submitted creative marketing requests;
- An SSO-protect URL for stakeholders to easily submit their requests; and
- A single request hub that shows every request in a single queue with access to activity, progress and comments about the submission.
