Pypestream, an enterprise conversational AI platform, has launched a Conversational Ads tool designed to help businesses engage with prospects and customers at scale through personalized, interactive display ads.
Conversational Ads aims to transform present-day display ads by incorporating conversational AI alongside features such as video, carousels and surveys, to create authentic two-way interactions between consumers and brands at scale. The solution uses Pypestream’s AI to provide personalized recommendations for consumers based on a business’ consumer data and previous interactions.
