ZoomInfo Integrates’s Conversation Insight Tools Following Acquisition

ZoomInfo, a business contact and intelligence platform, unveiled a new integration with, a conversation intelligence platform and its most recent acquisition. The platform update is designed to help B2B organizations identify new account insights by transcribing and analyzing sales calls taken within the ZoomInfo Engage platform.

The integration combines ZoomInfo’s contact data and Momentum’s conversation insights with users’ call transcripts to uncover deeper account insights for improved account and pipeline visibility. These insights will help marketers make more informed go-to-market (GTM) decisions based on uncovered account preferences and needs and build stronger buyer-seller relationships. This also enhances ZoomInfo users’ ability to manage their existing prospect and deal pipeline.
