DialogTech, a call tracking platform that targets data-driven marketers, has unveiled SourceTrak 3.0, an update to its call tracking solution.
With mobile ads predicted to result in 162 billion calls to businesses by 2019, according to a study from BIA/Kelsey, the solution enables marketing teams and agencies to analyze customer data from offline phone conversations, which appears in a dashboard alongside the data from marketing solutions they already use through native integrations.
Other key functions of SourceTrak 3.0 include:
- Complete call attribution data for every phone number on a website;
- Keyword attribution for every call from Google AdWord; and
- Spam-free call data protected by SpamSentry technology.
